We created this role as an opportunity for new agents to hit the ground running. You get to work shoulder-to-shoulder with an experienced agent and immediately start working on deals. Unlike working at another brokerage where you would be covering appointments or open houses in the hopes of getting a lead from it, you will be assigned to a deal and be paid a small percentage of the commission upon closing. It is a paid training where you get hands-on experience while earning money. This role expects you to treat the deal as your own and work it from start to finish. You will be paid 5% from the total commission for every deal you are added to.
